Preparation method: The cherries and walnuts, freshly cracked by us, go into the cauldron over a wood fire. We cook them well with sugar in their own juice until we get the jam that delights the Romanian palate. Then we put the jam into sterilized jars and send it to the city to find its place.  
No colorants, no additives, no preservatives.  
Vegan, suitable for fasting.  
Pasteurized product. Store in a cool, dry place, away from frost, heat, and sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
