Traditii din Natură SRL does not deliberately request or collect personal data belonging to minors. In the event that we discover or are brought to our attention that they have been collected accidentally, we will delete this data as soon as possible.
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

-you withdraw the consent on the basis of which the processing takes place, in accordance with art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) or with art. 9 para. (2) lit. a) from the GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
you object to the processing pursuant to art. 21 para. (1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
you object to the processing pursuant to art. 21 para. (2) GDPR;
-personal data were processed illegally;
-personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation of Tradiții din Natură SRL under European Union law or Romanian law.
d) The right to restrict processing, when:

(1) lit. a) or of art. 9 para. (2) lit. a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to art. 6 para. (1) lit. b) GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means.
f) The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling, which would produce legal effects on you or similarly affect you to a significant extent.
