Dulceata is the first product prepared by me at Idicel, together with tanti Veronica. We picked all the fruits in the area and started boiling them in the cauldron in the yard. This is how Răzvan's Sweetness was born. At the mouth of the cauldron on a wood fire, to a good word and plans for the future.
For slightly more classic tastes, take a slice of homemade bread, spread the jam from corner to corner. Go over your fingers a little, don't be shy. Bite with gusto and let the aromas of fruit cooked in a cauldron over a wood fire wake you up.
