Refund policy
Unilateral denunciation
You have the right to notify us in writing (by e-mail at salut@razvanidicel.ro or razvan@razvanidicel.ro) that you are canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. The only costs that can be borne by you are the direct costs of returning the products. Products destroyed during transport or showing physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks or other signs of wear are not accepted. Therefore, please keep the packaging in which you received the product and return it in the same packaging. The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. We will place the order for the courier ourselves, and we will deduct the transport costs from the amount to be returned.
We will return the value of the returned products by payment/transfer order, within 14 days at the latest from the date of product return. Please let us know an IBAN account to which we can send the money. Although the law does not provide for this, we will also accept the return of products purchased by legal entities, under the same conditions as in the case of natural persons.
Non-conforming products
If a product does not conform to the specifications on the website at the time of sending the order and you do not want to keep it, you can return it without involving additional costs on your part, following a written notices in which you tell us what exactly is not compliant. You can choose between refunding the money and replacing the product.
Products delivered by mistake
If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can return the product and replace it with the correct one. All the costs of returning and transporting the correct product will be borne by us.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The products sold on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to art. 4 - point 1 lit. is from GEO 34/2014 and art. 5-18 of Law no. 449/2003
Return procedure
If you want to return a product, please follow the following steps:
**According to our policy, you can return the products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
1. Log in to the razvanidicel.ro website with your customer account and fill out a contact form or you can use the contact form.
2. It is mandatory to send the product undamaged, with all accessories and a copy of the invoice. All these must be packed. According to Law 249/2015, you are not obliged to return the product in the original packaging.
3. After you have completed these steps, please send the product, by any transport method you want (eg: Rapid Courier, Posta Romana, etc.) to the address Str Gurghiului 65, Reghin, Mures county, specifying on the parcel "Product Return". The customer is responsible for packaging the product and the necessary documents for shipment.
4. The return costs are borne by the customer according to the law. If you send the package with payment at the destination, we will deduct the cost of the transport from the amount that we have to return to you.
5. According to GEO 34/2014, the value of your order will be refunded in max. 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. If the package is not returned, this period can be extended. The money will be returned through the same payment method as the one from the initial order. If desired, the payment method can be changed.
