For 10 years, together with the housewives from the village, headed by Aunt Veronica, we have been preparing goodies in a cauldron on a wood fire according to traditional recipes and artisan chocolate bean to bar.
Our House: Idicel Village
Idicel is a mountain village, far away, and you have to reach the hills to actually feel, a wave of joy that hits you when you get here - from the hay, from the vegetation, from the fruit trees, from the forests , flocks, animals, and the absolutely gorgeous sunset.

Sausage and Eggplant Salad
Remember the aroma of freshly roasted peppers from your childhood. At Idicel, we roast the capsicums on the grill, clean them by hand and put them in the cauldron over a wood fire so that the flavors remain alive in the jar that will reach you.
Chocolate and Hazelnut Cream
Made from quality ingredients, with refined cocoa beans straight from the source and following an artisan process, made by hand, our bean to bar chocolate gives you a moment of joy every time.
The sweet is the first product prepared by us at Idicel, together with Aunt Veronica. We picked all the fruits in the area and started boiling them in the kettle in the yard. This is how Răzvan Idicel was born. At the mouth of the cauldron on a wood fire, to a good word and dreams for the future.
