About the product



Ingredients with purpose: the chocolate is based on a blend of cocoa beans from Peru and Venezuela, cocoa butter, milk from grass-fed cows and hay , unrefined cane sugar and a little vanilla. I added roasted pistachios on top of the chocolate bar. 

Method of preparation: we temper the chocolate and pour it into molds, on top of which we add our roasted hazelnuts.  

Store in a cool, dry place.

Why did we decide to make chocolate?

Razvan, our artisan, after 6 years of crafting various jams and traditional zacusca at Idicel Pădure alongside Mrs. Veronica, decided to create something a bit more exotic.

Bean to bar

That's how he got into chocolate, but he wanted to do more than just make candies and pralines—he aimed for authentic flavor and to craft it himself, following the Bean to Bar concept. His first encounter was in 2016 at the Mast Brothers shop in London, where he was introduced to the world of Bean to Bar chocolate.
