PREPARATION METHOD  
- Harvesting and selection: Perfectly ripe black cherries are handpicked in May and June.  
- Cleaning and pitting: Fruits are washed and pitted carefully to keep the pulp intact.  
- Cooking in cauldron: Cherries are cooked in their own juice with sugar over moderate heat until the jam reaches the right consistency and balanced flavor.
- Bottling and resting: Hot jam is poured into sterile jars, sealed, and left to rest so flavors stabilize and develop fully.
