Ingredients with purpose: Plums 60%, Sugar 30%, Nuts 10%

Method of preparation: In the autumn, when the heat subsides, the ripe plums are picked, and together with the newly cracked walnut kernels, they end up in a cauldron on a wood fire. We boil them well with sugar, in our own juice until we get the sweetness that delights the taste of Romanians. Then we put the jam in ready-sterilized jars and send it to the city, to be used.
